- Attend to sales enquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Follow up on prospects in a timely manner to convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve personal and group enrollment targets.School Engagement Activities:
- Organize and plan school engagement activities aimed at nurturing relationships and generating interest in educational programs.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies tailored to specific schools and audiences.Event Participation:
- Attend school events, exhibitions, and roadshows to collect leads and promote educational programs.
- Represent the organization professionally and effectively to engage potential students and their families.Relationship Building:
- Maintain and build strong relationships with high school counselors to facilitate referrals and support student guidance.
- Provide high school counselors with up-to-date information about programs, admissions processes, and events.Market Identification:
- Identify new markets and opportunities to achieve the company's business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential students and their families.CRM Management:
- Manage and update prospects' records accurately in the CRM system.
- Ensure all interactions and follow-ups are documented and tracked for reporting and analysis.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, educational counseling, or sales.
However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high school counselors and prospective students.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to attend events and engage with schools.Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment with regular travel to schools, events, and exhibitions.
- Flexible working hours may be required to attend events outside of normal business hours.
