Position Summary
You are responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances with organizations that complement our HRMS offering. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and enhancing the overall proposition for our clients.
Main Responsibilities



-Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential partners and clients.


-Understand the specific needs and expectations of our partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.


-Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.


-Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients.


-Provide regular reports on partners satisfaction, retention rates and opportunity for growth.

-Applicant must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.


-Good communication skills and able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Melayu.


-At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.


-Good relationship building and networking with clients.


-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
