Job DescriptionBukku is a well-funded and fast-growing software company running the most-loved cloud accounting software currently being used by more than 10k SMEs in the country.
We're looking for the right candidate to retain, grow, and nurture our partners (mainly accounting firms) to achieve their business success with the help of our accounting software solutions.
ResponsibilitiesAccount Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between the partners and the company.
Ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions, and catering to partner needs.
Develop a deep understanding of partners' industry and their pain points. Construct action plans to assist them with their business success.
Keep partners up-to-date with Bukku's developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners to generate new business for Bukku's products & services.
Business Development:
Build and manage a profitable portfolio of Bukku's partners (comprises mostly of accounting firms) by acquiring new, growing, and retaining existing partners, including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partners.
Formulate and articulate market-specific strategies, competitive analyses, and growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives with our marketing & product team.
Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items, and business insights to enable productive sales activity.
Job RequirementsPossesses a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in account/partner management, client relationship, or any relevant client-facing roles within the accounting/finance industry.
Attentive and empathetic to partner's challenges and pain points.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay.
Excellent presentation skills in the English language.
Possess excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
Results-driven and highly analytical with strong logical thinking.
