Payroll & Admin Executive

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:  Process payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basisCalculate and ensure accurate payment of wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductionsVerify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, commissions, and adjustmentsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax lawsMaintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or benefitsPrepare and submit required payroll reports and tax filingAddress and resolve employee payroll inquiries and concerns in a timely mannerProvide support for payroll-related issues, including pay discrepancies and adjustmentsEnsure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data by performing regular audit and reconciliationsUpdate and maintain payroll software and systemsCoordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgetingIdentify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracyStay current with industry best practices and changes in payroll legislationAssist HR admin related mattersAny other adhoc duties as assignedRequirements: Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Human ResourcesAt least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administrationProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Meticulous and attention to detailsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work efficiently under tight deadlinesAble to work in fast paced environment
