Job DescriptionThe payroll admin is responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries across the region.
ResponsibilitiesProvide payroll services for multiple markets across the region and maintain client relationships on a regular basis.
Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to internal and external clients.
Responsible for payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations).
Liaise with local authorities and service providers regarding pension, social insurance, tax, including e-filing and other statutory matters.
Prepare payroll reports.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the payroll system.
Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Participate in client meetings and provide professional advice on HR issues related to labor laws and employment acts.
Provide operational and administrative support on regional payroll.
Skills and BehavioursAble to manage high-volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sensitive to numbers.
Action-oriented, detail-minded, and organized.
Speak, read, and write English and Mandarin/Chinese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
