Key Responsibilities:
Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationships on a regular basis
Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to clients
Responsible for clients' payroll calculations (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax, and other statutory matters
Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation, and payroll breakdown reports
Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
Participate in client meetings and provide professional advice on HR issues related to labour laws and employment acts
Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams
Requirements:
Solid experience in end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing in-country
Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and sensitive to numbers
Action-oriented, detail-minded, and organized
Fluent in spoken English; foreign language skills will be advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
