Payroll Officer

Issuance of appointment letter and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.- Responsible for timely processing of payroll.- Collect and process daily attendance.- Generate monthly payroll reports.- Build employee database into HR system and ensure database accuracy for leave records, appraisal etc. and for any computerization projects.- Update and maintain accurate personnel records and proper filing system.- To assist in other Human Resources functions as and when assigned from time to time.- Update and maintain accurate personnel records and proper filing system.- Handle to check daily attendance for all worker.- Key in staff (non-exec) overtime.- _**Familiar with BCA payroll system.**_**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Senai (required)Application Deadline: 03/31/2024
