Responsibilities:
To ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll on a monthly basis, including the filing of payroll tax returns, reconciling payroll records, and resolving any discrepancies.
To maintain strict compliance with both legal requirements and company policies.
To ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
To proactively stay updated on any changes in these regulations and assess their impact on payroll operations.
To focus on tasks related to insurance, claims, letter writing, and other HR documentation, including filings and ad-hoc assignments.
To utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and payroll analysis.
To oversee the Leave Management system and monitor and track leave applications.
To be responsible for the full spectrum of HR operation documentation and process flow, including standard operating procedures, Employee Handbook, and other HR-related rules and regulations.
To prepare and administer staff appraisal, transfer of staff, extension of contract staff, confirmation notices, and promotion letters, including salary adjustments if any.
To undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration/ Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of payroll and Boss i-Net system.
Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labor Law, Statutory requirements and other related legislation.
Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility.
