DOO you have what it takes?
What you'll be working on:
Manage end to end employees' payroll processing by consolidating attendance reports, leave requests and other payroll information in adherence to prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
Manage a broad range of compensation and benefits (C&B) programs and operations such as market benchmarking exercise, annual and monthly budgeting and allocation, employee benefits.
Maintain accurate records of payroll & procedures documentation and transactions.
Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns from employees.
Prepare periodic payroll reports for Management's review.
Managing taxation and global mobility-related issues to ensure compliance with the legislation of relevant jurisdictions and internal guidelines.
Identify gaps in payroll processes and lead relevant improvements initiatives in Payroll Policies / SOPs.
Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the payroll budget.
Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs).
What we're looking for:
At least 5 years of solid working experience in local and regional payroll function under fast-paced developing work environment.
Experienced in payroll process improvements projects shall be advantageous.
Familiar with salary payment via cash, bank and USDT methods.
Highly organized and meticulous.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
