Job Description: Importation and Logistics Management:
Coordinate and manage the import process for CBU cars, including customs clearance and transportation logistics.Liaise with shipping companies, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely importation.Develop and maintain relationships with logistics service providers to optimize shipping and delivery schedules.Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):
Oversee the PDI process to ensure all imported CBU cars meet the company's quality standards before delivery to dealers.Develop and implement PDI procedures and checklists to ensure thorough inspections.Coordinate with the technical team to address and resolve any issues identified during the PDI process.Continuously evaluate and improve PDI processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Inventory Management:
Manage the inventory of imported CBU cars, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales and operations teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.Oversee the maintenance of aging vehicles to ensure they remain in excellent condition.Follow up on issues related to the inland transportation segment to ensure timely and efficient resolution. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all import and logistics activities.Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role, preferably in the automotive industry.Experience in managing import processes and dealing with customs regulations.Experience in overseeing pre-delivery inspections or similar quality control processes.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
