We are seeking responsible and highly motivated individuals to join us as Valuation Executive at Johor Bahru.

The job description are as follows : Search property transaction data in available systemsAnalyse the available info and do the necessary calculation before providing the estimated value to clientsInspect the assigned property and comparable propertiesPrepare draft valuation reports and do necessary editing before finalizing the reportsMake sure all supporting documents are in place.Entertain clients' queriesMaintain good relationships with clientsPerform other tasks as and when requiredPossess own transport
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or Property Management or equivalent.
