ZALORA Malaysia is looking for a resourceful and motivated individual to join the People Services team.
The incumbent that we are looking for will be accountable for and contributes to the company performance by supporting the ZALORA's business objectives, such as implementing employee life cycle programmes, recommending improvements to people and culture-related practices, and ensuring that each department aligns with our business goals while creating an engaged and productive workplace.
Responsibilities: HR & Office Administration Manage and have a close follow up on all expatriate visa applications and cancelations, tax clearance related queries, settling in and preparation of all related documents.
Manage the administration of employee benefits.
Manage HR operations such as preparation and maintenance of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry.
Oversee and manage all office administration related matters i.e: vendor and contract renewals, sufficient supply of office and pantry items etc.
To prepare monthly/off-cycle payroll data to vendor, validate the payroll report to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
Business Partnering Assist managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies and program.
Support managers on various HR tools and processes.
(E.g.
performance management, career development, HR audit, disciplinary action, onboarding/offboarding process) Work with various stakeholders to identify and participate in internal/external continuous improvement initiatives.
Employee Life Cycle Matters & Talent Management To assist the training needs and coordinate onboarding / induction for new joiners - warehouse operators, warehouse associate, intern and above Assist and manage all matters related to the time and attendance system (TimeTec).
This includes but not limited to upkeep and maintenance of the time attendance system from time to time as well as data analysis in relation to the employee's attendance data Prepare letters in relation to employee lifecycle.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment processes Employee Engagement and Development Initiatives Act as a contact point for employees on HR related queries and dedicate face time to ensure employee support through interaction/feedback.
Actively involved in employee engagement and HR communication activities Coordinate training process, feedback, request, training room maintenance, liaise with training provider Involve in the processing of HRDC documentation and matters related to grants submission, claim request/submission includes respond to queries by HRDC Supports and assist in executing the 2025 Training Calendar/Plan as well as on the training arrangements and coordination including teambuilding/seminars/WH Tours etc Actively involved with assigned FC engagement activities - planning, implementation, meetings, arrangements & etc.
Involved in the engagement activities in the warehouse - planning, implementation, meetings, arrangements & etc.
Others Handles computation of assigned payroll related tasks such as KPI incentive data compilation, manual attendance, etc Maintain and update HR website and dashboard Support in disciplinary case investigations and disciplinary procedures Any other task as per assigned by superior from time to time Requirements: Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, Management or equivalent At least 2 years of Human Resources generalist experience Willing to work onsite in Seksyen 23, Shah Alam (Fulfilment Center) Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks Possess good interpersonal skills and has a passion for innovation to constantly look into process excellence Creative, flexible, a good team player and able to think out of the box whenever assigned any ad hoc projects The ZALORA Story ZALORA is Asia's leading online fashion, beauty and lifestyle destination, part of Global Fashion Group.
