About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting employee engagement, managing HR initiatives, and fostering a positive organizational culture.Key Responsibilities:-Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.-Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including onboarding, training, and development programs.-Participate in the coordination of employee feedback processes and help analyze results to identify areas for improvement.-Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure the smooth execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.-Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and communication related to HR activities. -Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.-Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.-Responsible, proactive, and responsive in completing tasks and supporting team members.-Prior internship or coursework in HR or recruitment is desirable but not required.-Professional Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
