Here's what you'll be doing:Responsibilities-Collaborate with the team to understand, source and identify potential candidates for the roles Hiredly is seeking to fill.-Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.-Help build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.-Identify training needs and assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.-Support the maintenance of an efficient office environment by helping with managing office supplies and equipment.-Support initiatives aimed at building a positive and engaging workplace culture.
