About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting employee engagement, managing HR initiatives, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
-Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including onboarding, training, and development programs.
-Participate in the coordination of employee feedback processes and help analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure the smooth execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.
-Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and communication related to HR activities.

; Requirements:-
-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
-Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Responsible, proactive, and responsive in completing tasks and supporting team members.
-Prior internship or coursework in HR or recruitment is desirable but not required.
-Professional Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
