Ensure a smooth and efficient administrative support in the Human Resources Department by assisting the Human Resource Manager / Director of Human Resources in the planning, coordination and implementation of all office administration of the Human Resources Office.Maintain manual and electronic files for the following areas: - Medical Leave RecordAttend and contribute to all Meetings as required. Provide a courteous and professional service at all times Keeping track with the daily time attendance and lodge report would there be any discrepancies to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager. l Update, maintain, communicate, and submit all pertaining to Insurance for all Team Members.  Handle guest and associate's enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. Ensure high standards of personal presentation a grooming. Assisting paymaster in calculating of all hostel bills on monthly report.  Willingly attend Resort's training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledgeSupervise and coordinate all matters of adherence to HH&S policy.To be the contact point for all AVANI Dollars reports by keeping track record and assisting Team Members in all redemption process. Submit report that is assigned by Director of HR or HR Manager.
