You'll play a vital role in influencingand implementing end-to-end HR strategies, streamlining day-to-dayoperations, and contributing to a world-class employee experience.The People Business Partner will be responsible for various HRtasks such as implementing HR policies, managing employeerelations, ensuring compliance with labour, employment laws, andregulatory requirements, and overseeing performance managementprocesses. They will work closely with the business to support theorganization's strategic goals and foster a positive workenvironment. Partnerwith business leaders to understand their needs and challenges,translating them into actionable HR strategies andsolutions.Provideexpert advice and guidance on all aspects of the HR lifecycleincluding performance management, compensation and benefits,employee relations, and learning anddevelopment.Develop,implement, and manage HR programs and initiatives that supportbusiness objectives and enhance employeeengagement.Manageemployee relations issues with professionalism and tact, fosteringa positive and respectful workenvironment.Stayup-to-date on all applicable labor, employment laws, and regulatoryrequirements to ensurecompliance.Buildand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across theorganization, including employees, managers, andexecutives.Coachand mentor HR colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportivework environment.AnalyzeHR metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of programs andidentify areas forimprovement.Partnerwith the HR team to develop and deliver HR programs andinitiatives. Tothrive in this role, you'll possess thefollowing: Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or arelated field.3+years of experience in a progressive HR generalist or businesspartner role.Proventrack record of success in achieving strategicgoals.Strongunderstanding of HR principles, practices, and bestpractices.In-depthknowledge of labor, employment laws, and regulatoryrequirements.Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solvingskills.Abilityto manage multiple priorities and workindependently.Stronganalytical and data-driven decision-makingskills.Proficiencyin Workday or HR information systems (HRIS) aplus.
