What you'll do:
Deploy the midterm aspects of the People Plan, as aligned with HR Strategy.
Responsible for workforce planning, organization development, and capability deployment.
Transformation and Change Management: Operationalize Change Management Plan.
Advise Leadership Team to drive Employee Engagement, Teamship, and Business/People Leadership.
Partner with the business leader to ensure Leadership team development.
Accountable for executing the compensation strategy for area of scope.
Coach and advise leaders on compensation aligned with talent needs.
Advise employees and people leaders on complex HR topics requiring local knowledge and expertise.
Design and implement people programs specific to the needs of the area under scope.
Support processes and address inquiries relating to labor law and compliance.
Proactively address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions in collaboration with leaders.
Guide people leaders on developing performance improvement plans compliant with legal guidelines.
Leverage data and analytics to understand people needs and inform the design and delivery of people programs.
Who you are:
Knowledge of various HR function areas.
Strong understanding of local labor legislation, regulatory and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5-8 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on manufacturing or commercial environments.
Generalist experience covering a wide array of HR function areas.

You will be based in our Petaling Jaya office and will report to the People Relations Country Manager.
