Role Overview:
The Performance Management (PMI) team is in charge of developing, executing and managing the right Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and works closely with other functions within the company to ensure the suitability of these KPIs and identify potential improvement points which can be performed. The PMI team also acts as the Project Management Office (PMO) for Sales Campaign preparation and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business challenges and opportunities to gain a clear understanding of organizational needs.
Leverage data to perform comprehensive analysis, identifying issues, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
Provide actionable insights into business operations to enhance efficiency and collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement, ensuring service levels meet or exceed targets.
Execute data queries and create, maintain, and update dashboards that track key performance metrics and provide real-time monitoring of business performance.
Establish and implement best practices for data management to support business workflows, strengthening the value proposition for stakeholders.
Regularly monitor and assess business performance, generating timely performance reports for management and distributing them according to the established schedule.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance management, strategic planning, and data analytics.
Strong sense of ownership and exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases and building performance dashboards.
Excellent analytical skills, with intermediate proficiency in Excel and the ability to use data to identify root causes of performance issues.
Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a proven capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with others.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
