Responsibilities & Duties: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Shopify, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads, focusing on optimizing the consumer journey and enhancing website UX.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for optimization, and ensuring alignment with SEO and SEM best practices.Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and landing pages that improve user engagement and conversion rates while maintaining a seamless user experience.Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies and continuously improve overall campaign performance.Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on all digital marketing efforts, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure competitive positioning in the market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives, fostering a unified approach to performance marketing. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience in performance marketing with Shopify, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.Proficient in Google Analytics; strong understanding of SEO and SEM.Experience in landing page optimization and A/B testing.Strong budget management skills to maximize ROI.Ability to stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.Understanding of the Singapore market is a plus.
