Display absolute discretion at handling confidential informationTrack and drive the completion of assigned tasks and follow up on outstanding itemsConduct ad hoc research on vendors, products, experiences, and other personal itemsGet quotations for services and perform analysis to find best suitable solutionArranging family travel plans e.g. booking of flights, accommodations, visas, ground transport, restaurant reservations, itinerary etc.Managing extensive and highly active family calendars across different time zonesTaking responsibility for upkeep and ensuring timely renewals of all family identity documents e.g. Passports, Re-entry permits, APEC card etc.Arranging appointments and restaurant reservations for personal and professional needs.Provide support in any capacity, as necessary.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in any field.Possess relevant certification in hospitality would be an added advantage.Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experiences.Able to maintain strict confidentiality.Able to work independently and in a team.Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people.Efficient multitasking and organizational skillsPleasant personality, highly resourceful and detail-oriented.Able to work under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Able to work after office hour, weekends and public holidays when necessary.Must be computer literate.Possesses own transport.
