Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring time is optimized and prioritized effectively.Travel Coordination: Plan domestic and international trips, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, with detailed itineraries.Communication Management: Handle emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely follow-ups.Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to completion.Project & Task Management: Support the Director with key personal and business projects, ensuring deadlines are met.Document Management: Organize files, prepare presentations, and manage confidential information with discretion.Event Planning: Assist in coordinating corporate events, conferences, and personal engagements.Personal Errands: Handle personal tasks, including household matters, reservations, and logistics.Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between the Director and senior management, clients, and key partners, ensuring seamless communication.Expense Management: Track expenses, manage budgets, and prepare detailed reports.Research & Special Projects: Conduct research and provide support on high-impact projects as assigned by the Director.
