Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive team. Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense reporting, and budgeting. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives. Maintain confidential files and records. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role. Background in accounting or finance; a degree or certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Mandarin Speaking candidate will be a plus.
