Role Summary:Provide comprehensive support to the Director, managing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
Schedule Management:Organize and maintain the Director's calendar, including appointments and meetings.
Communication:Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Administrative Support:Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage confidential information.
Task Coordination:Assist in project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Stakeholder Interaction:Engage with various stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
Multitasking:Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing according to urgency and importance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
