Location:Mont Kiara (On behalf of our client)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director (MD) and internal/external clients, including bankers and clients from Hong Kong.
Screen, organize, and distribute information, including legal documents.
Handle requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage the MDs diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Take dictation, prepare meeting minutes, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating day-to-day activities and communications.
Requirements:
Diploma holders and degree holders are encouraged to apply.
No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
