You will play an important role in: Reporting to the Director and to a lesser extent of 3 executives for the Asia region, you will be required to perform at your peak on a daily basis. In this role, you will be assigned to the Director as his 1:1 right-hand support. A true professional that is looking to once again commit to a long term business relationship with the Executives is what we require, with the flexibility and adaptability to extend your support when required.
Duties will include complex diary management, you will constantly be asked to 'squeeze things in' and make the impossible happen, international and local travel coordination across multiple time zones, attending meetings, organizing company and client events, high-level administrative support, fielding important calls and acting as a point of contact, building trusting relationships with key stakeholders connected to the Director both internally and externally to the organization. We're looking for someone with creative flare and commercially savvy skills. You'll use these skills to help make presentations engaging and exciting for stakeholders and bring the team together through various media etc. The Director requires a confident and assertive personality, who is also warm and engaging, able to connect with and build strong relationships alongside colleagues and clients. We're looking for someone with a real positive attitude, who views as the situation with a 'glass half full' approach and is able to just get stuff done!

They will also be able to confidently communicate their capabilities working in a role that requires absolute loyalty and dedication to achieving results, not to mention exceptionally strong administrative skills.
