Office Management (Administration & Office Support)Starting salary will increase based on performance during the probation period.Allowance + Bonus will be provided.Medical expenses will be covered.Working hours:5 days work (8.30am - 5.30pm)Responsibilities:Acting as a first point of contact: Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.Reminding manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.Managing databases and filing systems.Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.Able to communicate and type in English and Mandarin.Must be able to type letters required by the manager.Good at using Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft skills.Efficient and able to work at a fast pace.Candidate will act as a Clerk for this job position.Application Questions:Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia?What's your expected monthly basic salary?How many years' experience do you have as a Personal Assistant?Do you have secretarial experience?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment background check?Which of the following languages are you fluent in?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?#J-18808-Ljbffr
