Based on Penang Island, Penang, this full-time role will provide vital support to senior management, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Managing the calendar and scheduling of key executives
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials
Handling correspondence, including drafting emails and letters
Providing administrative support across various projects and tasks
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and new product/service offerings
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
What we're looking for
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office suite and other productivity software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of the Hospitality & Tourism industry would be advantageous
Proficient in Spoken and Written inMandarin, English & Malay
