We offer a wider array of digital services from Events (booking templates), Marketing, Your Data and Studio.So what's the **Personal Assistant **going to do?Ultimately, you're going to help an extremely busy CEO trying to juggle work / life and a growing technology business in multiple time zones.We've recently close the physical office in Damansara Utama, so this role will initially work from home until a new location is found or a co-working space.The role will cover 3 areas:1. **Admin and operations** - work with wider teams in different markets to remove non essential activities from the CEO's plate including HR support.2. **HR support** inc. recruitment and oversee & implement HR procedures for all offices3. Support **personal matters **including Family/financial mattersThe role requires someone with an amazing 'can do' approach and a sense of 'calm' and 'fun' during the busy times - of which there are many.- Min. 3 years as a PA in a fast-paced and demanding environment- International work experience, ideally in UK or US- Min. 2 years HR experience- High attention to detail and efficient / organised- Lateral, proactive, with a can do attitude- Experience of managing a family household- Passion for creativity and mobile marketing a bonus, as is use of Adobe toolkit- UK Degree preferable with excellent Microsoft office esp.
