Personal Assistant Intern

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern to support our General Manager. This role will involve a variety of administrative, coordination, and HR-related tasks. You will gain valuable experience working closely with the management team and assist in daily operations, communication, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:


-Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the calendar


-Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up tasks


-Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment coordination and onboarding


-Support event planning and organize team activities


-Help manage social media platforms and content scheduling


-Draft reports, presentations, and handle other documentation needs


-Provide general administrative support as required

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field


-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail


-Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Basic knowledge of social media management is a plus


-Ability to handle confidential information professionally


-Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
