Job Description:
1) Personal AssistantDiary management and organizing meetings and appointments
Business or personal travel booking arrangements for flights, accommodation, and transportation
Key personnel in liaising with employer's activities
Any other ad-hoc tasks
Ability to multi-task
2) Office AdminKey personnel in liaising with office's employees, clients, vendors, sub-contractors, building management, landlord & agents, etc
Key personnel to make sure the daily operations in the office work operates smoothly (especially printer, binding, stationeries, pantry, etc)
Business Development
HR related issues
Any other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelors in Office Management, Human Resources, or any related qualification
Flexibility
Calm under pressure
Problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
