Personal Assistant (Pa) To Director

Responsibilities  Responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks. Proactively remind the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines to ensure timely execution. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, optimizing the Managing Director's time effectively. Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and ensure all relevant materials are prepared in advance of meetings.Ensure all internal and external documents are managed efficiently and properly recorded.Conduct research and compile reports as needed to assist the Managing Director in decision-making.Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.Requirement Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a demonstrated ability to handle diverse responsibilities.Must be proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin/English-speaking clients.Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Willing to learn Our Benefits: Basic salary + monthly KPI bonusEPF/SOCSO/EISCompany WelfareCompany LunchQuality Working EnvironmentFlexible Working HourUnlimited LeavesPlayful Working Environment
