Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the General Manager's calendar and appointments.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on tasks.Arrange travel plans and ensure all details are well-organized.Accompany the General Manager to events or meetings as needed.Communication and Coordination: Be the primary point of contact for the General Manager.Draft and handle correspondence, reports, and presentations.Ensure smooth communication within the team and with external partners.Project and Task Management: Help plan and execute projects or special initiatives.Keep track of deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
