Positioned in our technology team, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our digital platforms, ensuring they meet high standards of scalability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP and associated technologies.
Contribute across all stages of the development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and ongoing support.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers and team members to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Package and deploy releases, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment processes.
Develop and implement new features to enhance existing applications and tools as required.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed systems and processes.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
Solid grasp of object-oriented PHP programming principles.
Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and their query languages.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
Knowledge of PHP platform limitations and effective workarounds.
Dedication to implementing best design and coding practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of open source projects like Joomla, Drupal, or osCommerce.
Exposure to cloud services such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
