Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist at IMM Healthcare Sdn Bhd.
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting physical assessments, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises using advanced equipment.
The role includes providing hands-on therapy and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients
Provide personalized rehabilitation and hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility and recover from injury or illness
Monitor patients' posture and guide them through exercises to ensure correct techniques and prevent injury
Refer patients to doctors and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
Maintain and regularly check the safety of all equipment, ensuring proper records are kept
Build strong relationships with patients, including seniors, and create a supportive environment
Complete tasks within set timeframes and work efficiently under pressure
Actively report progress and updates to senior staff
Utilize excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to manage patient care
Demonstrate effective time management to balance multiple tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
Minimum 1 year of experience in conducting physical assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficiency in hands-on therapy and collaboration with healthcare professionals
Must be based in Malaysia
Knowledge of seniors care industry practices is a plus
Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Self-motivated, independent, and hard-working
