Position: Pilates Instructor
Role Summary
We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor passionate about delivering personalized, one-on-one sessions.
At Luluto, each session is designed to be an immersive, calming experience, prioritizing safety, proper technique, and meeting each client's unique needs.
You will provide specialized instruction using premium equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one Pilates sessions with a focus on personalized technique, safety, and client care.
Develop and adapt fitness programs tailored to each client's specific goals.
Guide and motivate clients, supporting their wellness journey with encouragement.
Maintain professionalism and positive energy to create fulfilling client experiences.
Embrace a startup mindset, bringing new ideas to refine our services.
Qualifications
Certification : Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrel).
Experience : Preferred 2+ years in a studio setting; open to less experienced applicants.
Skills : Knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and biomechanics; strong interpersonal skills.
Attitude : Compassionate, with a startup mindset and openness to innovation.
