Planner (Erp)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To maintain data integrity in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.To solve errors in the ERP system.Article and drawing part creation with manual and PLM import template.Revise drawing revision.Input labour hour in project in month end.Create New Proalpha users.Create resigned Proalpha users.Release modules and generate Work Orders.Print Work Orders.Close Work Orders.Process ECN and Purchase Request.Change Number Range during New Fiscal Year.Update system calendar.Create and organize key-user to create ERP user manual.Monthly check on duplicate item registered in the ERP system.Manage System Improvement request and coordinate with system provider if required.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field.Able to work independently.Having at least 8 years of experience and strong knowledge on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
