Plant Manager

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a food processing factory.
This person will oversee managing and coordinating personnel, monitoring production output, and ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
The incumbent will also be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to increase production and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the factory.

Monitor and evaluate production output.
Develop and implement strategies to increase production and profitability.
Coordinate personnel, manage schedules, and allocate resources.
Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot problems and take corrective action as needed.
Prepare and analyze reports.
Develop and implement training programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in food processing or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a managerial role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
Experience running Frozen fresh food industry is an added advantage.
