Full job descriptionIF YOU ARE:SociablePleasant personalitiesWilling to travelA great communicatorA problem solverBachelor Degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fieldAt least 3 years experience in process or power plantsDuties & Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, understand their requirements, and identify opportunities for process and power plant solutions.Develop detailed designs and engineering specifications for process and power plants, including equipment selection, layout, and integration of various components.Develop cost estimates, project budgets, and financial analyses for process and power plant projects, considering factors such as equipment costs, installation, operating expenses, and return on investment.Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement and project , to develop comprehensive proposals and bid packages that meet client requirements and competitive pricing.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable outcomes and mutually beneficial agreements.Benefits:Competitive remuneration packageOutpatient Medical include direct familyGroup Hospitalization & Surgical SchemePersonal Accident InsuranceAllowance (travel stipends, transportation, outstation, etc.
