At least 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education, program coordination, or managing child-focused environments.
Strong leadership and operational management skills.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily playground operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Design, implement, and evaluate educational and recreational programs tailored to children's developmental needs.
Lead and mentor a team of staff, conducting recruitment, training, and performance management.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the playground.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures to create a safe and engaging experience for all visitors.
Handle customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with marketing and community partners to promote programs and events.
Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and prepare reports on operations and program performance.
