Job Description A successful Portfolio Executive will add a fresh, unique approach to our team for supporting the project lifecycle for a growing business, with a focus on leading project-level reviews, optimizing and maintaining project standards, proactively identifying improvement, analytical reporting, and training employees.
Not only will you be comfortable having high-level conversations with business leaders to understand individual portfolios, you'll help us define KPIs and create a roadmap of company-wide operations.
What the role is all about: Effectively use metrics and data visualization to report progress and support data-driven decision-making at the team or organization level Assist the Group CEO in preparing a strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast Understand business direction, risks and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts Be an integral member of our advisory team, providing financial planning and advisory services to the department heads and Group CEO Deliver sound advice and tactical approaches based on market performance and operation needs Work in a team to develop and implement project management methodologies and follow-through on the new & ongoing initiatives Contribute to the establishment of a common set of practices, tools and templates for operation, program, and project-level management and ensure standards are being followed Requirements Demonstrated experience in project management experience Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Possess high drive and commitment to delivering tasks assigned Effective articulation, presentation and communication in all forms and at all levels, with the ability to adjust style effectively based on situation and type of communication, especially in presenting ideas in a business environment.
