In your hands.Global Business Services(GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function supporting and accelerating Sanofi's transformation towards establishing a sustainable standalone Consumer Healthcare business through the implementation of a set of operational legal presence across in-scope markets. Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Global Business Services (GBS) drives transformation projects to ensure it delivers best in class processes in terms of quality, cost, performance, customer satisfaction and needs, supported by high quality master data and performance KPIs.For PEOPLE SERVICES, GBS will be covering the following areas of the process:Organization & Employee Master Data: data accuracy and data completenessEmployee Life Cycle Management: from hiring to retiring, including contract and job changesEmployee queries: global and local articles, ticketingExternal Workforce: data management, onboarding and offboardingTransversal: reporting, compliance, continuous improvementTime to Pay (T2P): payroll data, calculation, post payroll and support activitiesThe purpose of this role is to:Employee Life CycleManage Entry, contract event, Leave Of Absence, leave encashment, carry forward leave, career moves, Exit, International hiring and moves, reportingWork with external vendors on Workday leave & CRM leave validationsLiaise with HR, managers, Digital, Facilities, Security whenever neededSupport in submission of regular statistical reports on HR information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing dataConduct workday training sessions for employees and people managerSupport monthly reconciliation between Payroll and Workday systems to ensure Workday data is correctSupport where required on submission of employee dataEmployee QueriesManage and promote articles available as Self Service – Level 0Ensure a customer experience when responding to employee queriesApply the Service Level Agreement and monitor KPIsEnsure that all tickets for the team are being closed as per the SLA's definedExternal WorkforceOnce selected, update the system with EWF dataManage on and offboardingManage queries related to External WorkforceManage EWF reportingLiaise with HR and Procurement whenever neededContract ManagementDraft, prepare, and issue offer letters to selected candidates based on approved templates and job offersEnsure accuracy of compensation, benefits, and employment terms in each offer letter.Coordinate with P&C or R&P to customize offer letters when required.New joiner document collectionCommunicate with new hires to collect all necessary documentation (e.g., identification card, academic certificates, bank account, etc.).Store/ save necessary documentation online and file physical employee files (if required)Background checksInitiate and manage background checks for all new employees in accordance with company procedures and policiesLiaise with third-party background check service providers to ensure timely and accurate reportingReview background check reports and flag any discrepancies or concerns to P&C for further investigationPre-medical checkupSchedule pre-employment medical checkups for new hires in collaboration with designated medical facilitiesEnsure timely completion of the medical checkup process and follow up on resultsMaintain confidentiality of medical information and ensure compliance with privacy lawsStore/ save necessary pre-medical checkup report online and file physical employee files (if required)TransversalYou will closely work with PEOPLE SERVICES Payroll Specialists applying our global Core ModelThe Employee and External Life Cycle Senior Specialist will actively contribute to a great Employee Experience: assist candidates and employees with all the available self-services, assist managers and HR partners in their day-to-day administrative tasksThe Employee and External Life Cycle Senior Specialist shall contribute to our Continuous Improvement process by providing feedback on known issues, propose ideas, take initiatives, share best practicesThe Employee and External Life Cycle team is also impacted by business initiatives such as new merger or acquisition, divestiture, new technology, outsourcing projects…He / She works closely with P&C, Legal, Finance, Digital and Facilities management at regional and country levels and People Services teams in countries and KL Hub.Expected skills
