Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated PR Associate to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level PR professional, you will be responsible for managing communication between our company and the public, building and maintaining a positive image for the organization.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation- Write and distribute press releases, speeches, and other communication materials - Cultivate relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders - Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other publicity opportunities - Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports - Assist in crisis management and reputation repair efforts - Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to align messaging

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR or a related field - Strong communication and writing skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to take initiative and lead projects - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
