### Job Description
Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic PR Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and managing our brand image through strategic communication initiatives, media relations, and content development. As a fully remote position, the PR Associate will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to enhance our public relations strategy and contribute to the overall success of Nestlé in Malaysia.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Media Relations:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts in the industry.
- Assist in preparing and distributing press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on the effectiveness and reach of PR campaigns.
- **Content Creation:**
- Write compelling content for various platforms including social media, press releases, newsletters, and blog posts.
- Create multimedia content in collaboration with the digital marketing team to enhance storytelling.
- **Event Coordination:**
- Assist in planning and executing PR events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and promotional materials for events.
- **Campaign Support:**
- Support the execution of PR campaigns that align with Nestlé's corporate objectives.
- Analyze and report on the impact of public relations initiatives on brand perception and awareness.
- **Research and Analysis:**
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform PR strategies.
- Track and analyze social media and PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
### Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with PR tools and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
**Personality Traits:**
