### Job Description

Maxis Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries through our online chat platform. This part-time position offers flexible working hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments while contributing to our vision of delivering exceptional service to our customers.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement:**
Engage with customers in real-time through our web chat platform, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing the necessary information regarding our products and services.

- **Issue Resolution:**
Quickly diagnose customer concerns and provide effective solutions. Follow up as required to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- **Product Knowledge:**
Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

- **Sales Support:**
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while guiding customers through purchasing processes and enhancing their overall experience.

- **Feedback Collection:**
Gather customer feedback and insights during interactions, reporting trends to management to improve services and offerings.

- **Collaboration:**
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and to aid in the resolution of customer issues.

- **Performance Monitoring:**
Track and analyze individual performance metrics to meet or exceed established targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

### Requirements

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or chat-based environment.
- A diploma or degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Dedicated:** Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving excellence in every task and meeting customer needs.
- **Independent:** Ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and make sound decisions in a remote setting.
