You'll create impact Product Ownership: Manage the entire lifecycle of factory automation products, from conception to market, driving growth and profitability. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct competitive analysis and develop comprehensive product marketing strategies. Cross-functional Leadership: Build and lead teams to successfully develop and launch factory automation products. Business Performance: Drive product performance and revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle. Product Lifecycle Management: Continuously improve product development and management processes. Customer Engagement: Provide technical expertise, support sales, and build customer relationships through various channels. You excel in Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process automation. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial automation products and processes preferred. Professional Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Teamwork and Adaptability: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work under pressure. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel for business needs.
