Works closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attends meetings with Sales Managers and acts as a solution expert.
Puts together business cases for the sales team to support their proposals.
Works closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Ensures that the company's solutions can be delivered to the customer's requirements.
Works closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
Responds to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
Presents proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
Provides ongoing support for customers post implementation.
Produces detailed costings for customers and ensures the contract is profitable.QualificationsMust be Microsoft Certified MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
Must be Microsoft Certified MB-335 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert
Advantageous to be Microsoft Certified MB-700 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect
Presentation and Design / proposal skills
Deep Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and related technologies
Experience in design, development, operation and maintenance as a solution expert
Experienced in configuring and demoing unassisted: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations apps and modules including Commerce, Connected Store, Finance, Fraud Protection, Human Resources, Intelligent Order Management, Project Operations, Supply Chain Management.
Communication skills
Customer negotiation skills
