Job Responsibilities:
Assist Principal in providing leadership to teachers in development and implementation of teaching and day-to-day operation.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff, and visitors, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
Develop strategies to market and maintain the school's student enrolment to maximise the school capacity.
Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community.
Organise school events and oversee the renewal process of the centre's licensing in accordance with all government agencies' requirements.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
Work experience in kindergarten management is an added advantage.
Passionate, motivated, and able to exhibit love, care, and responsibility towards children.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
