About the role: Focused on governance and enabling the entire backend operation through process & yield integration ( FE to BE ) , technical & methodologies, and data integration and analysis.What you will do:Establish and drive BE data maturity road map.Drive data integration and analysis of large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business decisions & improvement.Standardize and establish advanced analytics models, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.Develop and enforce data governance policies and practices.Coach and Governance Process Characterization data analyst (input and output correlation checker).Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support task force / crisis.What will you need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.At least 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex analytics projects.
