Qualifications 1. Education Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pure Science(Chemistry), Material Science or Physics.

Experience A minimum of 2 years or more relevant work experience in media manufacturing and lab management is preferred.

Communication / Negotiation Able to communicate effectively within the department, across interdepartmental teams, and between different business sites Able to lead and influence the entire team toward achieving departmental goals and objectives that align with the company's playbook 3.
Problem Solving Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
